Biography

Biography

Kristina Seražin was born in 11.10.1990 in Slovenia. Her early musical steps began in her hometown music school. After only few years of studying, she won a gold prize  and recording with Radio Koper on regional competition TEMSIG. Her pieces were introduced in a young Primorska talents radio show.  With age of 15, she entered Conservatory for Music and Ballet Ljubljana where she studied in the class of prof. Dejan Prešiček. Her studies continued in Conservatorium Wien, Privatuniversität in the class of Lars Mlekusch. At Conservatorium van Amsterdam she did an exchange study in the class of Arno Bornkamp. In June 2013 she gained the title Bachelor of Arts and decided to continue at Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich. She took part in master-classes of world-known saxophon players as Claude Delangle, Marcus Weiss, Daniel Gauthier, Miha Rogina, Otis Murphy and others. Kristina performed in national and international festivals such as Festival Logatec, Festival Carnium, and Wiener Festwochen, with Radio Koper, RTV Slovenia, and Orchestra of Picardie. She...
